Called n told me that all parts ordered was available n set up a date to be there...when truck got dropped of was assured it will be done by lunch....really for a lift n nee rims n tires....well needless to say the lied...the did not have everything needed n kept the truck another day...to call the next day to be informeded that it's a FedEx problem n they r trying....ummm no...there should have not been an appointment if not everything was there....very disappointing

I cannot thank them enough. My wife got a flat tire en route to Myrtle Beach from Olmsted Twp. Ohio, and they absolutely saved the day. Patched the tire quickly, put the spare back under the truck and got her on her way. Friendly, extrememly helpful, and treated us like family. Absolutely outstanding during our "emergency."

Save your money and take your car somewhere else. Took my car in for an alignment due to irregular tire wear. The car drove straight prior to my visit. After the alignment my car is now pulling hard to the right. Went back to the shop to find out that the alignment person had left for the day. The employee that I spoke to didn't apologize for the inconvenience or guarantee that they would fix the issue. He didn't seem to care that the issue is now occuring. He then proceeded to say that it was probably the tires on the car which were brand new. The car didn't pull before the alignment so it's pretty

I had driven 6 hours on my trip and suddenly struck a road hazzard on the highway and pulled off to the nearest gas station. Continental tire customer service told me to call Swanns because they were a local continental dealer. I cannot say how fantastic the staff at Swanns are because they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They sent one of the shop staff to Remove the tire and drove me back to the shop. Unfortunately the tire was in repairable but they sold me a new tire at a very reasonable cost, reinstalled it and drove back to my vehicle. This was the best customer care I have
