Took my car here for an oil change and it turns out they did not properly replace the oil filter and it’s components. Oil leaked from this area and I ended up rolling up to a mechanic closer to me with no oil in the engine. They told me immediately that the oil change had not been done properly by this place. I will never take my car here again as I’ve also had one other friend experience the same issue. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

My van broke down on vacation and the gentleman were extremely accommodating and had the decency to allow my family to wait in the lobby while waiting for a rental vehicle. Aside from this the repairs were finished quite quickly and at a very affordable price.

Took my car to get new tires and they had good prices... after I got my car back I noticed very 2 blain scratches around my wheels. One is fresh. The other I had a small dent & they just went ahead & chipped the paint off of it.
Unnoticed we took our work truck there after for an alignment. It sat there for 2 hours and they said that they couldn't get to it after they said they could, and we had to come back and get the truck before closing or they was going to keep it.
Plenty of tire shops , close pricing , don't choose this one

I got 4 brand new tires. The service was reasonable in terms of waiting for the tech to do the job. I was helped with what I needed within 1 minute of entering. And I waited about 30-45 minutes for for them to finish and get my attention. The tire prices for my vehicle were supposed to be 70 but due to the person I talked to on the phone previously telling me 60 they marked all 4 down by 10 and the disposal per tire was only 4 dollars besting my previous tire place by 1and it was a used tire shop.

First time, now last time as a customer. My wife took her vehicle for a simple oil change. Well, her vehicle takes 0W20 DEXOS Full Synthetic. A mechanic decided to not pay any attention to the oil cap that clearly states "OW20 Dexos," and put 5W30 conventional motor oil instead. They had just fixed the issue. Please be sure to check your receipts upon purchase before leaving the facility. Now, I will have to monitor the engine. To make sure no damage has been done.

I bought tires here since it was the best deal I could find in the area at the time. General tires was running a special for prepaid gift cards ($50-100) for 4 new tires. I spoke to someone on the phone about the special which was advertised as up to a $100 gift card on marty's website. The person on the phone said that the tires I was getting were for a $100 gift card. After getting my tires mounted the next day I was handed a paper that said my tires were only good for a $70 gift card. I also requested an alignment check. I bought 4 new tires from Marty’s. When I got my vehicle back, 2 of my tire pressure sensors were damaged and the valve cap on one tire is so tight that it will NOT come off without breaking. I took it back in to ask what was going on, and they tried to blame it on another garage. I tried to to explain to them that I did not have these issues until they worked on my car. The issues cost me an additional 200+ dollars to repair at another garage. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Years ago I was taken for about 500 dollars by them to fix stuff to get a state inspection sticker. This was confirmed by two other shops, they overcharged and replaced things that were fine. Apparently, I lost my good sense and went to them today because I needed a sticker. My reverse lights are out and for that reason, I understand why they couldn't give me one for that but they had my car so apart knit picking it that i was extremely uncomfortable. I asked the man to show me in his state inspection book where these things needed replaced and I got attitude. I told them to just drop my car

My experience with Marty's was average. I was pretty happy with the service overall, but a few things keep this from reaching for another star. First, a request for a quote on some cheaper, non-name brand tires was ignored. I was, however, offered some cheaper Goodyear tires than the ones I was originally offered. I had specifically asked for Goodyear initially, but upon hearing the price, I wanted to weigh my options.
Second, I was sitting next door waiting for them to finish, so I saw when they pulled my truck around, but since they were supposed to call me, I waited because who knows
