We needed super quick service for our 2011 Honda scooter so that we could get back on the road (we’re RVing cross country). These guys fit us in and solved our “shaky scooter” problem right away - it was something we had installed wrong - without making us feel dumb! Nice, professional and knowledgeable. I scheduled a carburetor and tank cleaning, I was told a 1 day job. 23 days later after many calls I finally got my bike back. However it ran worse and wasn't completely put back together. I took it back and the mechanic said he test rode it and did some tweaking and he was going to ride it in 20 minutes and call me back in an hour. 3 hours later I called and the mechanic went home. So I drove straight to the shop and someone else was getting ready to ride it because he said the mechanic wasn't cleared to ride after his knee surgery. Now top speed is 69mph. I have it scheduled to go to the Honda

EDIT: These guys are awesome! I brought them my old 86 honda XL600 and they got it running better than ever. Extremly fast turn around time, extremly fair price.. Not to mention I've never seen my old bike so clean. This is the only honda shop I'll go too. Thanks guys!

To all the people in the Yakima area DO NOT ever take anything to the honda shop to get worked on. I sent my Honda GL1000 to have the tires changed out for new ones. While it was there they found out my brake calipers were shot. The front one was froze up. So I told them to go ahead and rebuild them. I was told the parts would take a week to order and after they showed up it would take 2 days. I just finally got my bike back 5 weeks and 2 days later, with a dead battery. It was one excuse after the other on why it was taking so long. Everyone I would go check on the status of my bike it would tucked

Beware! I paid 50$ to get them to look at my scooter (see what problems exist so I can get them fixed). From what I can tell they took that money and looked at it for two minutes. They told us about the oil leak (which we knew about) and did not raise any other red flags. They said that all should be fine with the oil leak if we just keep putting oil into it. Two weeks later we decide to take a look at the air filter (a five minute job max) and realize that oil is leaking into the air filter. They brought no mention of this. Frankly, I would not be surprised to hear that they looked at it for two

Second time I have ordered parts from this dealership. Second time it has been late. Very poor service. Hung up on me when I complained about it being late. Recommend you find alternative for your needs. repair is way overpriced also. Almost three hundred dollars for a tune up on a motorcycle. outrageous
