Really nice roomy place. Very professional employees that knows all about their profession. Motorcycle and atv and specialty atvs in the store situated like a show room so you got room to browse through their variety of vehicles. You can get service or parts and buy merchandise associated with Motorcycle and atvs.

Called ahead with specific helmet model/make/size before driving out an hour one way.
"I'm sure it won't be an issue sir".
Upon showing up, there were 2 pieces in stock, none my size. (Scorpion AT950). Mediocre.
Looked for common spark plugs: CR9E, only had 2 in stock. Mediocre.
Probably fine if you're looking to buy an HD vest with rhinestones or something equally lame. Mediocre.

My buddy's stator went out while we were on the road- headed into Owens and they got the work done right then and there, and we were off down the road. They were super friendly while we waited, even sporting a test ride on a cool Screamin Eagle Road Glide. Would be happy to recommend Owens to anybody looking for friendly, honest and fast service.

This'll be brief. I've been in and out of Owens for about twenty years...purchased three bikes, and done all of my service visits, tire purchases and gotten a couple of insurance repairs with them. I'm about turn eighty, and hope to continue to use them for everything motorcycle rated for some years yet. They are friendly, efficient, turn out quality work, and return my bike each time looking shinier than I ever seem to get it. I (obviously) highly recommend them.

I just can’t say enough good things about this shop and the staff that Dwayne has hired here. I had traded in a motorcycle for a Harley they had for sale here and had a great sales experience with Kevin.
All my questions were answered and those that didn’t have answers were either found for me or I was told that he didn’t know; which is appreciated.
When you can look your salesman in the eye and ask flat out if they would buy the bike they are trying to sell you and get an instant no BS answer, you know you are dealing with a straight shooter.

My boyfriend and I are on a motorcycle trip for the next 10 days. We walked in because we had an issue with our tire and Jake, the service tech, was quick to help us! We're in and out of there in a couple hours with a brand new tire. This was great a great find. If you're in the Spokane area definitely come say hi to Jake and Terry... those guys make the trip in worth it! Owen's Harley are good people!

Had a flat tire just outside of Goldendale on a road trip yesterday. Got towed to Yakima to their shop. The next morning they installed a brand new tire for me and I was able to continue home on my road trip. Thanks to Jake and other guys in the service department for quickly getting me back on the road!

I broke down just outside Yakima on my Harley Davidson bike. Steve, the mechanic, found the problem to be a broken piston after I suggested he check the compression (he should have known to do this). After the repairs were complete he took the bike out for a test drive and said it ran very well. When I took the bike to head back out on the road (I'm traveling across country) the bike ran poorly and I called Owen's to let them know. They said they could do nothing more. I've since discovered, upon bringing it to a real mechanic, that Steve incorrectly reassembled the engine to allow
