I was a little disappointed when I made a purchase, for the first time. The sales woman informed me that when it’s my birthday I would get a 20% discount so I said my birthday is tomorrow but she wouldn’t give it to me, that was disappointing to me. However, I made my purchase anyway because I really loved the clothing that I was buying and I didn’t want to leave them and take a chance that somebody else would buy them and they wouldn’t be there when I came back the next day . I am very customer service oriented and to me this is not good customer service.
