Sign on door said to call & they would be down to let you in. Talked to a lady & she just kept asking if I was going to rent.. I wanted to look to see what was there! I gave up & said just forget it! Cause obviously she didn't want to let me in! I don't know how you stay in business!

I honestly have to say this is the worst place. The blonde behind the counter has such a booshie attitude. Heaven forbid she actually had to do her job. The business doors were locked and you had to call to let you in, even though it was open hours. Serious lack of up to date "costumes". Not able to look at outfits, move freely, or see what is available. Everything has to be handed to you so you're not able to browse. They act this way due to being the only full time business that carries these items. Not a helpful place. Too bad because Orlando needs better businesses and more variety.

This was such an awesome store and my partner and I had such a fun time looking at all their wears and outfits! The staff was super helpful and overall awesome! The environment is very relaxed and they offer renting or buying options. I will definitely be coming here for all future costume parties! Thank you all again for helping our 1920's party go off amazingly!
