Isabel Berney and Truth are fraudster. They owe my maid services over 3,500 for cleaning services. They operate with a few fraudulent Realtors that will do their dirty work knowingly. They will contact fellow realtors offering first month rental comission on the properties that are not selling. I was an eye opener to many owners, some listen to me and others did not.

Every words Andre', Ted and Esther wrote are the true! I am disappointed how they are still on the market after all the frauds they keep doing to landlords. All the websites should suspend their activity and the landlord should be able to suspend his license in these cases! Terrible person Isabel!!!!!

Had an amazing experience with Vacayo. I'm newer to using vacation rentals, and I've stayed at 2 Vacayo homes with my family in Florida and California. Both trips were amazing and we really enjoyed each experience. Staying at a home is so much better than a cookie-cutter hotel! Both Vacayo houses had shampoos, toilet paper, dish soap, etc which was cool. We had 2 families together and we were able to all stay in one house together without a bunch of different hotel rooms. The kids had a great time, we had dinners together, and made some great memories. We will stay with Vacayo again!

Do NOT use Vacayo to manage your property. They collected money from its guests, but they did not pay rent to the landlord. No emails and no phone calls when you want to talk to them about the payments. They won't deposit any security deposit because it's their policy. But be careful. They did not pay last month rent + damage repairs + any late fees.

0 star. Do NOT use them. They are collecting money from its guests, but they are not paying rent to the landlord. No email. No phone calls. Do NOT let them use your house. I am now forced to go the legal route.
Update - They finally emailed me the day after I left the review here. But they only complained about my review. They still have not paid rent and any repair fees.

I would never want Vacayo to manage my rental. They are disorganized. Their online "chat" doesn't work. Representatives almost NEVER answer the chats, even during regular business hours. Their website does NOT allow bookings online. Their phone reps put you on hold endlessly while they "get more information." Listings on their website have multiple inaccuracies. What a train wreck. I wish I'd never dealt with these clowns!

Vacayo has no way to rent a home online. You can check availability, but you can't actually book. Vacayo has online chat, but almost never replies to questions. In the rare cases it does reply, the rep says she has to get more info and never comes back. It makes it so hard to rent via them. What a waste...renters can't find a place and owners miss out on so many rental opportunities! I will never use them again!
