Your customer service was excellent..From the time of booking this MIA carnival trip to checking out of the hotel. I liked the fact that you guys called to make sure that we checked in with no problems and when you found out that we were running late you called the hotel for us to let them know. No one does that anymore...and you made sure any issues we had with the rooms you took care so we could enjoy our vacation stress free. Im definitely booking with you guys again because you understand what customer service means. Dont change on me because im gonna recommend you to all my friends and i dont
