Being jailed is arguably one of the worst things anyone could experience. I helped out a good friend of mine when she was arrested. Three times was this Bail Bonding company there for me. Specifically "Rick" RIP 2020. However lately the employees have been lackluster and flat out rude and argumentative. I will not recommend nor use them again. Not to go into details but needless to say, started posting someone's bail, paid, just to have them turn around and "the owner wants more down" said to me. Still awaiting financial remedy.... try being more polite like how Rick was.

I was recently incarcerated and as I was going down the list of Bail Bondsman, Goodfellas was the only one that answered. Not only was Cameron patient kind and understanding he was also fast as hell!! I went in on a Sunday at 4 pm and I was out in time to still make it to work Monday morning by 6 am. Cameron worked with me and my co-signer to make sure that we got the best service and hella fair prices. Thanks for everything but I hope to never have to do business with you again 😆...100% best place EVER!!!

Horrible customer service and very rude . Yes I called a couple bail bondsman before in which I mentioned to the agent but the bail bonds I spoke too only bailed one jail and not the other so before I can mention he got an attitude with me due to the fact I did call other bail bonds . But I couldn’t explain because I felt the hostility . And to mention they said we are not a call center in which I already know it’s a bail bonds so that smart remark was completely unnecessary . I know a lawyer personally who told me to go to good fellas because he invests in the company as well. Professionalism

I called to get my boyfriend released from jail considering we live in California, I talked to two different staff members and both of them were extremely helpful. I waited till morning time to post bail so I’m assuming that’s why the waiting process has been so long but aside from that, they were extremely sweet, helpful and answered all of my questions. Kept in contact the whole entire time. 10/10 RECOMMEND

This company was amazing. My husband was arrested late at night and Gino kept in contact with me throughout all hours of the night. With his help I was able to remain calm and not stress so bad. As soon as my husband was booked, they were down there bonding him out immediately. He actually even gave him a ride home. Gino was very kind, informative, and took care of everything for us. I highly recommend this company.
