I have known Michael Friedl Shihan, 7th degree black belt, for 35 years. I've been attending seminars at Aikido of Ashland for all that time. Friedl Sensei is a gifted instructor who, besides being technically proficient, teaches with a sense of humility and a terrific sense of humor. He is also an excellent kids' teacher -- a different skill from teaching adults -- and has even written a book about teaching children, called "Ahhh...To Be A Kid." If you're looking for an excellent Aikido dojo in the Rogue Valley, Aikido of Ashland is it! Would I lie to you?

Aside from being an incredible aikidoist and instructor, Friedl Sensei is a really great guy. His work with kids is astounding -- kids really love him. Well, everyone does.
Do not hesitate to train at Aikido of Ashland. It's a wonderful place.
