From the moment I picked up the phone to schedule an appointment to when I stepped foot through the office door, Dr. Uppal was the one welcoming me in person. What a refreshing experience! I have heard about Dr. Uppal through Radio 1550AM and thought to give it a try since I was not happy with my previous Dentist. I am really glad that I made this decision to see Dr. Uppal. Overly expensive consultation surprised how expensive it was we went in a few months ago my wife needed her tooth extracted.The dentist seem like does everything from x-rays to paperwork and consultation.He took one x-ray for the tooth that was to be extracted. I have MetLife insurance I get a bill for 200+ dollars and when I called the dentist answered the phone he does everything and I asked him why so much and he replied that's full consultation and x-ray for a single tooth.Way over priced.

I love Dr. Uppal and his receptionist/assistant Carina. They always have you on the same page as them and never preform anything on you without full explanation. They are not even comparable to my other dentist! Dr. Uppal is so thorough with his cleanings I feel like my teeth have never been cleaned properly until now. They are also so attentive and never leave you waiting for too long. Scheduling appointments with them is easy and fast too!

I'm grateful that I came across Dr. Uppal for my orthodontic care and service. He is not only an exceptional doctor that is intelligent and diligent but kind and truly cares about his clients. Thus, it's so comforting when the staff are friendly and has great customer service as well. The small staff here is PERFECT for me! Maria, the admin assistant, is such a pleasure to see. Karina, Dr. Uppal's assistant, is so pleasant to talk to, very careful with my teeth, giving me directions, and has a cheery face. As for the Dr. Uppal, he is very diligent, straightforward, and gives me the right kind of recommendations. What I mean is that he doesn't come off as those other dentists who will try to do anything to get your money and send you on your way. I got deep cleaning done by doctor Uppal and I'm very happy with the outcome. Dr.Upped is very patient in explaining each process and also helped me understand my insurance coverage... Not many doctors have time to explain these things. The deep cleaning procedure lasted for about half hour and he was constantly making sure that I was comfortable.

I was having pain in my tooth and heard about Dr. Uppal on Radio. His practice was very close to my office so decided to give him a try, Surprisingly I got the same day appt. at his Milpitas office. During visit he examined the tooth and explained me the treatment options. Even started immediately on the agreed treatment plan. He was very thoughtful and never pushed for any option and answered all my questions. I will recommend him for any dental issue.

I first visited Dr. Uppal because another doctor was trying to rip me off. Dr. Uppal has done an amazing job; he has worked with me on cost and provided maximum customer service and quality results. He is very detailed and listens well. If you want a doctor that is in your best interest and cares, then Dr. Uppal is your guy. He gets the necessary work finished and does not perform work without your own guidance. He is quick to recommend the most cost efficient route to get your teeth healthy and keep them healthy. Give him a visit and you will see what I am talking about.

I just finished my invisalign treatment which lasted about a year and am very happy with the final result, and today I finished my crowns (for cosmetic reasons)The staff is really kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I usually go to the hayward office, but due to an emergency I was able to go to the milpitas office, which is a brand new office and very clean. I am very sensitive and have had horrible experiences with other dentists, but Dr. Uppal takes every step possible to make sure you experience little to no pain. I will definitely be seeing this dentist in the future. I always recommend

Out of all the Orthodontists I've visited in the past, I have to say that Dr. Uppal is one of the very best. He is extremely professional and his staff is super friendly, I came across an ad that his office had regarding braces/invisalign. My initial consultation with him was great. He was very honest and tried to work within my budget so that I can have the invisalign. He truly cares for his clients and holds great value/professionalism to the work that he do. I've visited the Milpitas office twice and I highly recommend it. Dr. Uppal and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and honest. His office is clean and organized. Dr. Uppal are good at what he does. He does deep cleaning for me today and it's painless and fast. As I'm quite nervous, he conforms me and explains how it works and really does good job. I also didnt like going to the dentist before but needed to go and luckily i found a great place to go and now I'm ok with dentist appointments. Reviewing Hayward Location. In February I had an appointment with Dr.Uppal. He is a very nice man. I don't like going to the dentist and he made me feel comfortable. He did a very good job on my teeth. HIs office was up to date, clean, and organized. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Unfortunately, I found out after I had already seen him that he was not my assigned dentist under my dental plan. Even though he did a lot of work, he showed extreme professionalism and refunded 95% of the bill without question. I would definitely go back to him if he was in my dental plan group

I went here because they offered a promotion of free cleaning with paid cleaning and xrays. My insurance was accepted here but was not a preferred provider so the costs were going to be extremely high compared to just paying out of pocket. I wish they had told me to bring my insurance documents because I was not aware that my dental plan was very limited. I had to drive home and come back but Dr. Uppal was kind enough to explain my plan to me and that he was not here to take my money. Though, I decided the costs were to high here, I appreciated that service and would come back if he became a preferred
