Service was slow and we ordered from the lunch menu but we were charged the dinner menu price. The cashier would not change our bill, she was very rude.

Always love El Parral and Monterrey in Reidsville, sadly the food has lost some of it's flavor. Lots of time it's a lack of seasoning and could stand to fry just a little longer to get the char flavor 🤷‍♂️

This place stays really busy for one reason and one reason only...the food is really delicious. They serve a burrito Mexicano that is out of this world, bulging with chicken and steak and shrimp and onions and peppers, topped with 3 different sauces that are phenomenal - my mouth is watering just thinking about it! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the service is a bit slow and inconsistent from one visit to the next...I suppose to be expected in a place as busy as this one. All in all, this restaurant is a culinary delight!

Food has gotten bad. Nothing like it use to be..Order is never right, taste not the same,and when you order a hard taco you end up eating it with a fork.. Very disappointed with food. Gave it a shot 3 times, that's enough for me!!!!

Service was excellent and the food was amazing.
We was there at 3pm, I believe, on a Saturday.
It was not crowded. They have a bar and two rooms where there are plenty of seats.
Good place to go.
There was 4 of us eating. 4 plates and one appetizer. Price came to $38

Stopped in to grab the family some food after a long day. The young waitress we had was amazing, the food came out great and the manager was doing rounds and checking on folks and their food. Feels completely different than the last time we went, but in a great way. Keep it up yall, just found out New2Go2!!!

Excellent food, excellent service, generous portions and fair price!
My wife and I have eaten at this Mexican restaurant many times. We love it.
