Due to issues in the supply chains across the country and recent rising costs that are completely out of our control, we will be increasing the prices across our menus. We do not eat out at restaurants very often but Ippys used to be our “go to” to pick up food on Friday nights. I am not sure if Ippys changed ownership or who runs the business but there has been a significant downward trend in service and food. Recently I have called in orders on 3 different occasions only to arrive to find out that someone else has picked up our food from their “to go” table. The manager comes to speak to me to say there is nothing they go an to about this but they are cooking our food again. 3 times… I did ask if they really thought this was a good process to allow

We were in Danville headed back to Roanoke. Decided to stop in for dinner. Said the wait was 25 minutes but it was less than that. Seated us in the lounge which was nice and quiet. Was waited on attentively by a very nice professional waitress. Food was excellent. I ordered crab cakes which were absolutely delicious. My friend ordered oysters which she said was great. I know restaurants are short staffed etc was was taken excellent care of. Will do it again soon.

This restaurant doesn’t miss! The food is always so fresh and delicious and the customer service is like being served by family. I love the smothered chicken, green beans, spinach, Berger steak, and their shrimp scampi is amazing! The steaks are always cooked perfect to order and all the food comes out timely and hot. Such a great family owned restaurant that I recommend to all of my friends and family!

Beware, this was the eighth time that my fiancé and I have been to the bar at Ippys this year. This night we had a drink and half of another, at some point during the evening someone must have slipped something into our drinks. We were sitting at the bar! We have lost hours of our time do not remember getting home woke up with excruciating headaches and our bodies were extremely sore! We called and spoke with the management at Ippys both in the restaurant and the bar. They were supposed to get back in contact with us in hopes that we could look at the video of the night to see exactly who did

Had a great experience at Ippy's. Got seated quickly and got several appetizers for the table. Appetizers came quickly and were in generous portions. The onion ring basket was HUGE. Also, I couldn't write this review without mentioning the sautéd mushrooms. They were DELICIOUS. Even if you're not a mushroom person give these a try. They were perfect (not too mushy) and had plenty of yummy butter and a touch of garlic. We had a good server who was very nice and would frequently come to check on us and refill water. The ambiance of the restaurant was great. It's best described

Wings!!!! Honey Hot tossed on the grill! Be sure to request this way as it is a special request!!! Absolutely delicious! Now this is the second set for me as I was very impressed by the first set I had to get seconds! Bartender and patrons very friendly. Traveling from out of town and this place made me feel right at home from the min I sat down. Whether you are traveling though the area or a local who hasn't been into this place in awhile! Very pleased with my accidental find! Another win!
