Dr. John Mendoza attended undergraduate school at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies. Then, he went on to receive his DDS from the University of the Pacific. Dr. Mendoza grew up dreaming about becoming a dentist. It all started when he had his own experience at the dentist that included stickers, water guns and lots of high-fives!
Routine Exams, Digital X-Rays, Cleanings and Oral Cancer Screenings will help you to maintain your healthy smile and catch potential problems early. There are many teeth whitening products out there to help you achieve a brilliant, bright smile. A child's first visit to the dentist should be comfortable and enjoyable.
Clean and polish your teeth, checking your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis. After your checkup and teeth cleaning are complete, the doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.

I am one to get anxiety with dental visits, but since I began going to Cielo Dental I don't mind it so much. The staff is so friendly and always provides excellent customer service. I appreciate that they thoroughly explain everything. And although some procedures may be uncomfortable, the hygienist and dentists are very aware and do their best to keep you comfortable.

After being referred by a friend, I called to make my first appointment. Valerie answered the phone, don't know if she was preoccupied or just too busy to assist. She didn't ask me any clear questions, such as my name, no information. Just kind of kept me on the line without saying a thing. I said "hello?" she said I'm here just a moment in a bothered voice. Then without telling me placed me on hold for 7 min. Not a good first impression, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went here for a routine dental cleaning and an ortho consult. So far, my experiences have been great here. The staff are timely and friendly. The equipment is really nice and the clinic itself has a nice set up especially with the TVs. I hope to continue coming in here and receiving excellent service
