My name is Bryan Willis and I am a lawyer in Tyler, Texas practicing in the areas of divorce, family law, and probate law. I represent clients in counties across East Texas including Smith County, Anderson County, Gregg County, Henderson County, Rusk County, Van Zandt County, and Wood County. Too often I hear people complain about attorneys who charge too much, won't return calls, or are just impossible to get in touch with.
I hear complaints that clients only speak with assistants or paralegals instead of the attorney responsible for their case. My office is focused on providing the best customer service possible. You and I will work together closely, as partners, to make sure that we achieve the best resolution of your case that we can.

Mr. Willis provided compassionate and personalized services for my best friend with a terminal illness. He made the process of a difficult topic easy and comfortable. We really appreciated that he took extra time to answer all of our questions and concerns to ensure everything was prepared in a way that would make her feel at peace.

Bryan Willis was an excellent choice to probate my mother's estate in Smith County. HIs attention to detail, knowledge of the process and expert guidance helped make the entire experience as painless as possible. His fees were quite reasonable and he clearly understood my goals of completing the probate as efficiently as possible. I would most certainly recommend Bryan and would not hesitate to engage his services again.
