Parking can be scarce fairly often, specially since the other apts in complex have permit parking for their uncovered spots & Rancho residents will be towed if parked in any. However there is nothing to deter ShadowRidge residents from parking in Rancho uncovered spots, which occurs all the time... Also it's not that adjacent property really creates any issues, but you think they would still at least just informational purposes me mention that it is a Half-Way/ Sober Living House for Ex-Cons...& When it rains even just a little you almost need a canoe to navigate significant stretches of sidewalks

I had a horrible experience living at Rancho Hills. Thank God I didn't have to endure it more than a month. There were ants everywhere! Trailing from the trash cans outside all the way to my second floor apartment at the time. Perhaps it was the woodsy area? I am not sure. But they were in all of my boxes and all over my child's toys. I lost so many valuables in that short time. And I could never find management at a reasonable time for those of us who work long days for a living. I told the property manager I wanted reimbursement for all of my infested belongings and ran for the hills... or rather
