H&L Tire & Auto Repair

H&L Tire performed timing belt replacement on my 06 Tundra. They did a non professional repair by Heli-coiling a bolt that broke on a major timing belt component that ran the tensioner pulley. The belt only had 37k miles on it which is not even close to the 100k interval that the timing belt is supposed to last per Toyota! This caused catastrophic damage to the motor when the belt broke and the motor had to be totally replaced by Toyota costing several thousand dollars. Our family owned business has always had all of our auto work done here for 10 years or more. that being said, I called about checking out my tire because the low tire light was on and to get a diagnosis of my maintenance other light came on. they wanted to charge me $120.00 for a diagnosis, ummmm, no. you can get that done for free at Auto Zone! Since the ownership change things are NOT the same. guess I will look for another auto shop. it's a shame, since they were very convenient. grrrrrr

I've always had good luck here. The prices are fair, and they do a thorough job. Bought new tires today and was in and out way sooner than expected.

Honest, fair, kind and quick! I walked in thinking they’d probably tell me I need a whole new tire, and walked out and didn’t have to pay anything. They told me they fixed up my tire, and it was so minor and quick they didn’t charge me anything. I love this place.

I took my SUV to H&L Tire and Auto Repair for tire replacement a couple times and most recently had a full set installed- I drive a lot! The service is always wonderful, professional, and time efficient! It's now my new location for regular maintenance and oil changes. It is truly a great gem located in Richmond Hill, GA for affordable and reliable vehicle maintenance.

I’m always impressed when a service garage doesn’t try to talk you into repairs, and is honest enough to tell you when something isn’t important to repair. Shows integrity and I’ll know I can trust them with the bigger issues! I highly recommend.

We called Earls Restoration and after explaining the issue, he directed us over to H&L and to our delight, they were able to fix us right up after having to troubleshoot why we were having issues in the first place. 2 hours later and they got us on the road towards home!! Came in for a first visit for tires, had some miscommunication and a little frustration but the owner contacted us and was very nice and helpful on the situation. i would recommend because Mike, the owner, is extremely generous and helpful. i enjoyed our interaction and am very grateful he was so generous and kind!

Awesome! We were heading down the highway when our trailer tire began to delaminate. We pulled off the highway, and into their shop to find that they could change the tire for us right then and there! Greased the tires, checked the PSI. Even had replacement windshield wipers! We were right on our way! Great job guys!

Went by for an oil change and A/C repair this morning and they were able to get me all fixed up rather quickly. Very professional and courteous. I had a great experience and will be back again.
