I took my car there at 11 to get a patch. They called me 5 mins before closing told me that they couldn’t repair it and didn’t have a tire there. Then charged me for literally not fixing ANYTHING

Took care of me at the last moment and steered me towards saving some money rather than doing an unnecessary fix

Always have had excellent service from this company for many yrs highly recommend them, they dont try and upsell you on tires or services once they recommend a better set of tires that was about 100 less for the set ,instead of a specific brand I was asking for ,that is and has always been appreciated, I hate companies that try to upsell products or services they know you dont need .rutland never has done that

Did a decent job, paid 160 bucks for a mount and balance which was insane. Had to cut off 2 lugs and didn't even replace them so i was on 5 out of 6 lug nuts. Scratched my wheels. Guy at the desk was rude. All in all go to a different shop. Guy had no personality what so ever.

I went in to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced on my truck. I purchased the tires online. The tires were larger tires, so they are more work for the technician. Anyway, the tires were a challenge for them. One of the tires could not be balanced. Thanks to some information from the staff at rutland I was able to get another tire from the supplier free of charge. I would not have known the terminology needed to address this with the seller, if it wasn't for them. I very much appreciated their service.

5 stars just isn't enough to say how great they are. The staff is friendly, fair, and honest. They don't try and nickle and dime you to death like most shops. Very honest and helpful. I bring all 4 of my vehicles to them and always rave about them to others. If you're looking for a mechanic shop this is the place.

I was able to get new tires installed on short notice, and was happy with the service. I highly recommend Rutland Tire due to competitive pricing and a quick turnaround. The service attendant was very helpful both on the phone and when I came in. I also like supporting an independently owned business.

Came in with a nail in one of our tires and they took care of us. They were pretty busy so we left our car and took a rideshare to spend some time by the riverfront for a while. The phoned us when the car was ready for pickup. Friendly staff...would recommend this shop to others.

So many thanks to Dana, Joy and the person that worked on my car this past Friday. I showed up around 3:00 with a nail in my tire and they we so helpful and polite. They fixed my tire and had me on my way in a relatively short amount of time. I mean I didn't expect them to drop everything to fix my tire so I did have to wait a little but they did get to it as quickly as possible. Very impressive for as busy as they were! I had an appointment somewhere else in Savannah for 4 new tires and front breaks next month (which was their soonest appointment) but I decided to have it done here and canceled

Awesome customer service! My wife had a flat tire a couple of weeks ago and they replaced it in the same day. I was impressed by their customer service so I dropped in today and I had an oil change with no appointment again. I was in and out in no time and they rotated my tires without me even asking which will make them last longer. Keep up the great customer service!!!!

I went to Rutland Tire in Rincon, Ga about a month ago to get a new set of ATV tires mounted on the rims. I was told at that time it would cost $40 some dollars or roughly $10 a tire. Today, 4/21 I went back in with the tires taking off my ATV to get Rutland to change them and they told me it would cost $15 dollars a tire. I question them why did the price go up in just a month? The mechanic said it was hard to remove the tires off the rim. I explained to them that it was the same situation when I was in there shop a month ago. No real explanation why the cost went up. Rutland tire is a ripoff

My stepdad went there to get an alignment on a used Jaguar they bought. They said there was a $1,200 problem with the car that they could not align it unless this leak was fixed. They lied to my stepdad luckily he checked pauls automotive down the street, Paul's fixed it for for $87.00

Took my car in on a Wednesday morning at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. Girl behind the counter said it would be about an hour. We came back in more than an hour and they didn't even start it yet. We told them the car must be done by 11:00 because my wife had to leave for work at that time. They said "No problem". We came back at 11:00 and it was still on the lift and the mechanic hadn't even refilled the oil yet. They were finally finished at 11:15 and the manager did not even give an apology of any sort when my wife said that they now officially made her late

I have used this place a few occasions and they did very good work at a very fair price. Only reason for not 5 stars is on one occasion I had work scheduled for a Monday that was a federal holiday. I double checked while in person with them, "Are you sure you're going to be open? Yes" To only show up and find a note on the door "CLOSED for holiday"
