Today was a good day. I was taking my time sheet into the facility that helps me to care for my elderly mother and I ran into a lady and had a very nice conversation with her. after the conversation I found that she was the CEO of the company that I am working for.
They continue to provide any training I need, and they also have a very helpful, kind, understanding and patiently staffed help desk where I can call on a daily basis for help with specific questions.Without Gareda I would not know that my mother could stay (at) home and I would have such a professional company, Gareda, to help me do this.

There are different paths to starting services with Gareda as well as many resources available to pay for these services. Eligibility is not just limited to seniors, but may include persons with disabilities, veterans and their spouses. Respite and private pay services are also available options.

Gareda offers home care services, which are services that assist individuals in their home with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). ADLs are basic, routine tasks that most people are able to perform on a daily basis without assistance. Gareda's mission is to serve those who are unable to perform ADLs on their own.
There are several funding sources available to help offset - or in many cases - fully cover the cost of services from Gareda. These sources include government payors such as the Illinois Department on Aging, Illinois Department of Human Services and The US Department of Veterans Affairs. We are also affiliated with many Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and we accept other insurance or private payment.

To settle on the best, my clients brought me joy. But working for Garefa LLC was a disaster. I won't drag them but ai have to state facts. The CEO Ella Greys or Grays, is the leader of unprofessionalism. I was exposed to Covid by my client, the fist African American woman to die in Chicago from Covid-19 and they did nothing to protect my job. They fired me and denied me unemployment. I have 3 small children a e they denied me and everyone is getting unemployment during COVID but me. They're disorganized. They don't care for they're staff. They should me reported to Hipaa, which
