As a parent of a medically fragile and technology-dependent child in Chicago, I had come to think that mediocre (and, let’s face it, horrendous) nursing agencies were the industry standard. Because we wanted to make sure our nurses were being compensated as much as possible and we were so frustrated by, non-communicative agencies who were not responsive to the urgency of our family’s needs, we opted to switch (again) to Carter’s. We have been nothing but impressed with this company. As caregivers, we are often the teachers in the room but this company has taught us about professionalism

Love caters care. They really care about the client, very hands on with hiring of the nurses every step of the way. Always keeps us informed and communicate very well. The owner really goes above and beyond for us!! I love the fact that a nurse practitioner from there company actually trains the nurses for a few hours in the home before they officially start there first shift, they also do in office training sometimes too, the bottom line is they make sure the nurses are trained. I also love they are a black owned company and very professional!! Would definitely recommend there services to others

I joined the team about 5 months ago as a LPN, and it was the best choice! They really are hands on, communication is great, management is wonderful, and they always make sure you as an employee are doing well. As a newer Nurse working for them allowed me to gain some skills I wouldn’t have received working anywhere else. I am completely happy with them.

Thank you to Carter's Care Services, your care has changed my life. Their nurses are so professional, sweet, and kind. My little boy with CP loves his new nurse. Most importantly they do arrive on time which is a big help to satisfy your mind that they are arriving, and they don't call off for unreasonable reasons either. This puts trust in you for them, and they take excellent care of your disabled child as well with love and care.

Met with representative, Donald, who was polite enough to go over all services offered. Carters Care Services is one of the only private duty companies in the area that offers a wide range of discounts for seniors. VERY impressed with how willing Donald was to make accommodations for the seniors at our community. Looking forward to working with this company in the near future!
