We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment for all of our patients in the San Antonio and Helotes, TX areas. Our staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient.
Orthodontist Dr. Keith Blalock proudly serves the people of San Antonio, Helotes and the surrounding areas. Our team is here to serve you Monday - Friday by appointment. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 30-minute visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment, we may also reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records.
An underbite is characterized by the lower jaw extending out, causing the lower front teeth to sit in front of the upper front teeth. Spacing problems may be caused by missing teeth, or they may only be a cosmetic or aesthetic issue. The appearance and function of your teeth are impacted by this type of bite.
Call our office as soon as possible if you break or loosen any of your appliances. Please do not come directly to the office - by calling us, you will allow us to create a time to see you. Even if you have a regular appointment scheduled, call us immediately to notify us if you need an appliance repaired.

Dr B is amazing. His staff is amazing.
Appointments are quick, efficient, and very informative. They know their stuff. They take it slow and steady for the littles and have so much patience. I still go to Dr B for second opinions and he recommends me some great people if he can be of assistance.

Always a great experience at Blalock orthodontist... whether it was an issue w a bump/tray or time for another scan or just a regular appointment.... everyone from front desk to Dr B are amazing and super friendly.. love the outcome.. love their patience.. Dr. Blalock is a very talented, experienced and professionally awesome and honest. He personally evaluates every single patient every single visit. He is very patient and always had clear plan where we are and where to go in treatment journey. His fun loving and amazing personality makes it very easily connection with him for kids and parents.
My son adore him and like him so much.
On top of that, the whole staff is super friendly, accommodative and well organized. They make our visits very pleasant from checking in through treatment and to the next schedule.
