I used Evan as both a buyer’s and a seller’s agent. He was quick on the draw to get me to the house I wanted ahead of a crowd of fellow buyers. If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a bad experience with a realtor and thought about selling our house ourselves. Evan is the best thing that happened to us. He was honest but very professional. Before, we only had 1 or 2 showings the whole time, but with Evan we had over 30 showings in a week! 6 offers, all at asking or more! I should also mention the house was decorated the same as before. He helped us find the perfect house for us and it's been a year, yet it seems like yesterday. I highly recommend Evan, he markets your home and gets things "moving"!
