Carlos and Lisa established Lindsay & Associates Real Estate (named for daughter Lindsay) in 2002. Best realtor ever!!! Me and my husband are so thankful to Carlos not only for walking us through the whole new process, but for doing it in a very kindly and of course knowledgeable way. This is our first time buying a home and we weren’t lucky to find it until after one year looking. During that time, Carlos was so patient and keep being positive about finding us our home and yet, he did. Sooner after we saw a couple of houses he was able to understand what we wanted and he started to look for the best options available for us.

This was our first home we purchased and Carlos walked us through the whole process. We had a few options on the table as far as houses go but after going back to our new home we purchased several times Carlos said, can you see yourselves living here? We said Yes it feels like home! Carlos took the time to work with my husband and I. We were extremely picky! But he went above and beyond to make sure and gave us multiple options in our budget! Any questions we had no matter what time of the day it was he could get back to us, either the e-mail, phone call or text. He was super flexible with our time. Very honest too. Made the entire experience so easy! My husband, Guillermo and I are eternally grateful for the entire experience! Highly recommend!

Does a awesome job and is very quick at responding to questions and getting you information when interested in a particular house. If you are wanting to view a house he is normally able to do it the same day you request (depending on sellers schedule). I would highly recommend to anyone want to buy or sell
