Just had my daughters Quince this weekend, everything was perfect, Mrs. Aura was always a phone call or text away if I had any questions. She took care of every detail. My family & friends loved everything… about this day. The servers did an awesome job. I recommend this 100% cause I literally was worry free, trusted them 100%. This was an event to surely remember. Thank you for making my daughter's day memorable.

Held an event here and the place was not decorated at the start of our event time. Half of our guests were present and there were still people running around decorating. Plus we had to open the door for everyone as the door was locked from the outside. We also provided ice for the event and it was left outside to melt. Drinks were also not served until very late because the bartender ran late. It is a very nice place but will not look to have any future events here.

They're not very accommodating. As a bride there are several venues to look at in the DFW and surrounding areas. Other venues will gladly send you their package options but this venue insist on you coming in just to get a quote. They will definitely lose a lot of business this way because brides don't have time to drive to each venue just for a quote.

Ordered online 1-800 flowers and this location got the order with three days advance notice, the day comes and nothing is delivered! Then I am telling my wife, I ordered you a nice arrangement sorry it didn't make it on your special day. I called to complain, they said it was delivered at 7:57 pm, I am standing outside my door and nothing, after having to ask a few times they give me my money back and then at !!! 9:53 PM !!! Doorbell rings and a beat up arrangement is left at the door. 2* for at least trying
