David, an event coordinator double booked the venue for our event, which is extremely unprofessional. When talking on the phone he was dismissive of us and our budget, but when we received a quote for the venue it was well within our budget. We felt talked down to and belittled. When things fell through we felt less than accommodated for. There was no accommodations or explanations for the double booking. we booked this venue in December and now we have to find a new venue in Dallas a month later. This is ridiculous and we are very disappointed.

The Hall on Dragon was the perfect place for our wedding! From the start, David was very professional and helpful in our planning process. He was knowledgeable and made every effort to provide us with whatever services we wanted for our wedding. The ceremony and reception spaces are modern, spacious and stylish! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly and Christie made sure that my husband and I were taken care of and always had food and drinks to enjoy throughout the night. The Hall on Dragon made our wedding day an absolute dream!

We had our wedding at The Hall on Dragon back in January and we could not have been happier! Lance and David were amazing to work with and very quick to respond. They made sure all of their workers at the event took all of the necessary COVID precautions that we requested. The venue is also very large and great for distancing tables. We had a lot of people who were very concerned about attending due to COVID and after the wedding they said they felt safe due to all of the precautions we took. They also have a connecting patio outside that was great for people who preferred to be outside. Everyone

The Hall on Dragon was a great venue for our company holiday party! Brooke Millis was a joy to work with, and the rest of her team did a fantastic job. They were thorough in helping us sort through the details as we planned, and it all came together beautifully. CN Catering also has phenomenal food! Everything was delicious! They were awesome in accommodating any dietary restrictions we had to make the dish what we needed or gave us plenty of options if changes weren't able to be made. We loved working with them so much we have booked with a sister venue and CN Catering for this year's holiday

INCREDIBLE wedding venue! Not to mention incredibly organized, professional and attentive staff. I really wanted a location that was open, beautiful and allowed everyone to have a great time. The Hall on Dragon was the PERFECT layout for our 190 guests. Not only that, but the entire process from booking, to setting the menu, to coordinating last-minute details the day-of was utterly flawless. Our guests could not stop commenting on how delicious the custom food was (we had some serious brisket lovers in the group and it exceeded their expectations!) and how beautiful the venue looked. I hosted my company holiday party at The Hall on Dragon and it was a great success! The layout was perfect for our casino night and our 350 attendees fit comfortably with plenty of room! I can imagine how perfect this venue would be for a wedding with its two adjoining rooms. The food was a huge hit - don't miss out on the honey walnut shrimp!!!

As a professional wedding harpist I did 2 events here during the holidays and really enjoyed the set up and also the food! The people where nice to work with and like the location good parking. . Had a very nice atmosphere for corporate events as well as weddings. I didn't put 5 star as it doesn't have lavish furnishings and would not be in the categories of the Mansion or the Anatole.

This is in the space previously occupied by eM The Venue. The new owner has really improved on what was already a good space. We attended his grand opening, and if the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail is any indication, this will be a great space for weddings and other celebrations or events. Thumbs up and thanks to the owner for the invitation and the very enjoyable evening.
