The park is kept clean, manager Mariam is a excellent park manager she cares about all of her residents. The dumpster is never overflowing because the trash gets picked up twice a week. The park is quiet. My only chief complaint is the electricity is high. It was for my rv anyways. I was home all the time and had 2 AC's and used electric heaters. But, other than that I recommend this park just based on professional and nice management. Thank you Mariam.

Place is very hot in the summer, nothing here but a bunch of rock, no amenities, electric here is very expensive, wifi is always going down! No cable! Only one site with a concrete pad which I happen to have, and it cost me 50 dollars extra a month which i thank is outrageous because the site is just like the rest of them but it has concrete and not gravel! Tweakers also live here! Kinda scary!

Land Lady is absolutely wonderful. My Wife and I have been here for about 6 months now. Its quite, out of town. HWY 288 is close but, i really never notice the HWY noise. Laundry House is decent. Lots are big enough for my truck and wifes Jeep to park side by side. There is absolutely no water near by which is nice because there isnt a mosquito problem! The only complaint i have is the electric is kinda high here. However, for my Wife and I all the pros out weigh that one con.

The parking spots are gravel or caleche. I understand they charge $400/month, which I think is on the high side. There is a construction boom in the area, and housing shortage. Power was out for one section, I was told, too. If you rent here, make sure that you address possible outages and compensation for them

We stayed here while working in the area. The manager is awesome!! She worked late and was always accessible. They have cameras placed all over the park and watch for people who don’t belong. I felt very safe.
This isn’t a fancy RV Park. It is clean, quiet, safe and conveniently located to a lot of things.
