We had a positive experience in the months we stayed at the park (March 2018 - July 2018).
Pro's:
- SAFE. My wife and toddler have been travelling with me. Rodney takes a proactive approach to managing his park. He's always keeping an eye on things. Additionally, it's location is tucked away from the main road so not a lot of people know it's there, meaning there's no one there that shouldn't be there. My wife would take our toddler for walks on the park grounds and up the street leading into it with no issues. We never felt concerned about having our bikes locked to the back of our RV. Nothing

Quiet, safe, clean park! Not a lot of room for parking, close lots. No shade so be prepared for $250+ electric bill in the summer if you're there for an extended stay. Wi-Fi was fair for about half of my stay. Only got threatened once. Had the laundry facility prices changed twice in 5 months. Over all acceptable experience for someone who has been in many many RV parks.
