Remote support means that from our office, we can take control of your computer and troubleshoot your issue. We can remain on the phone with you throughout the process or once we are finished, give you a call and let you know it's finished. We can perform most services via a remote session. From diagnosing a software issue to performing a computer tune up.

Great family business. So far I have purchased a Dell desktop for my mother and a replacement HP laptop power supply. Both are working well.
On my last visit, we had a nice conversation about how configurable computers are, basically request what ever you want and B&R will assemble it for you.
I'm glad that I have a reliable local computer shop to help, even on short notice.

Ryan is incredibly helpful and overall a pleasant person to interact with. I dropped my computer off (I just walked in) they immediately assisted me.
While he was fixing my PC he kept me updated on his progress.
He is prompt and got my desktop back to me quickly and running beautifully. I plan on recommending B & R to everyone I know.

These folks are AWESOME! I bought a refurbished Dell from their EBay store. I had questions and called them before I purchased. Adam answered ALL my questions accurately and quickly. I wanted a machine I could run Ubuntu Linux on. They know what they are doing. I am enjoying my computer that looks and works like new. Very good value with old fashioned service. I recently purchased a MacBook Air from Ryan and let me tell you he is awesome! He’s very friendly and knowledgeable of the products he sells.
