I needed to update my desktop computer in order to run a specific software package, adding a new video graphics card and a solid state drive (SSD). My son downloaded some gaming "stuff" that corrupted his laptop to point where he couldn't use it at all. I called Scott and within 24hour, my son's computer was up and running again. When my Toshiba Satellite laptop's hard drive gave up the ghost, I called several computer repair companies. Scott was the only one to respond. I took the laptop to him for diagnosis and possible repair.He came to the same conclusion that I had that the hard drive had failed. He replaced it in less than a day and reloaded Windows 10. Without the bloatware that came with the laptop, it performs better than new. All for a very reasonable price and fast turnaround. Thanks Scott!

Don’t let Scott's monotone expressions give you the idea that he's not passionate about helping his customers with whatever their problems may be. He was super easy going and made talking about rather complex stuff fairly simple to understand. For the amount of work he did on my computer, I expected to pay an arm and a leg but I was pleasantly surprised at just how affordable his work was, especially when considering how essential it was for my computer. If I ever need work done on a computer again, this is where I'll be coming back to.
