Critical: Responsiveness
They broke solar lights and sculptures around the outside of the house. They constantly asked for payment but never call to apologize for the damage. The sale person that arrived to the house with his wife in the car promise to take care but the workers never did. If they do not fix the costumer service department, do not hire them.

This company did an excellent job power washing my townhouse, two-level deck, back fence, and front steps. It all looks *so* much better. I am glad they could accommodate my last-minute request to add on the fence to the list of work. I am truly shocked at how much better it looks!

Back in Time Pressure Washing did an excellent job on my rooftop and all over my home. My small patio in my backyard that was partially covered with moss looked brand new as well as other areas of my home and property. They were professional, courteous, and punctual. We've used Back in Time twice this summer to power wash our backyard and fence. They did a great job and Zach the owner is professional and hard working. They even showed up during a rainstorm to power wash my backyard because they knew we were having a party the next day. Everything looked great once finished. I would highly recommend them!

Oh My Goodness! My experience with this company and its owner/operator Zack was nothing short of amazing. Zack's communication was so personable, yet professional at the same time. I knew exactly what was going on from start to finish. Zack and his helper arrived early and even added some extra work on the spot with ease. Every area they washed looks as good as new. These guys are the real deal, they cleaned the entire house to include the trim, it all looks brand new like when we first bought the house.
