Had stucco front face and rest of the house (vinyl siding) and walkway cleaned. Quadre (sorry, maybe wrong spelling) did a great job and the whole house looks great. There were some stubborn spots way high up, but he kept at it until he got it as good as he could. I would highly recommend MD Power Wash & Paint. Only regret is that I forgot to take some before pictures.

The soft power wash of our home was excellent. This type of cleaning protects the investment in your siding versus the traditional power washing you may see advertised with cost as one of the selling styles. We also had the decorative molding painted by their painter after it was cleaned during the soft wash on a later day once completely dried. The painting was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We recommend MD Power Wash & Paint if you desire a clean home with superior results. Our curb appeal is enhanced and we are extremely pleased.

MD Power Wash & Paint was super responsive after I submitted an interest form on their website. They quickly had the owner come out to take a look, sent the estimate over shortly afterwards, and I was able to schedule them quickly after that. The tech who came to do the power washing was polite and talked through everything with me before and after he was finished. It was a speedy and affordable process from start to finish - we'll use them again!

I used MD Power Wash and Paint last week. The service from the time of requesting the estimate was a great experience. The young man, Quadre did a great job on our power washing our house and deck. During the service, I wanted to add my fence to the cleaning service, he was helpful in getting us an estimate on site and completing the additional job. I appreciate the companies flexibility, professionalism, and responsiveness. From estimate to day of service I knew what to do or what to expect every step of the way. We will definitely use this company again.

Referred to MD Power Wash by a friend and decided to stop doing my own house washing as I could never reach the highest portions of the house. The tech, Padre, showed up on time and after prepping the house and detached garage by covering all exterior outlets, key holes, Ring doorbell and motion sensors, went right to work. The entire process only took about 1 1/2 hours and the results were fantastic. Any mold and oxidation on the vinyl siding, fascia and gutters was completely gone. I plan on using MD Power Wash each Spring from now on.
