I'm not a perfect baker. I'll hold my hands up and admit that freely. In fact, I'm very far from the perfect baker. I throw flour over the kitchen, I spill mixture on the floor and I nearly always forget to set a timer. But somehow, my creations always seem to take great form and, not to toot my own horn, but they taste pretty amazing too!
I have worked hard to improve my techniques, and I know all the theories, I just like to make it look like my kitchen is in chaos! It's organised chaos though, I promise. So now I'm going to help you control your own chaos bakery! It doesn't always have to end in tears and burnt cake.

Services
I want to be the best blogger in the baking industry, I'm good at it and I like to think I'm a dab hand at writing too. Saying that though, I want to support people who are trying just as hard as me and doing really well at it. This industry shouldn't be viciously competitive and I want to create a network and a community of food bloggers and nutritional bloggers and baking bloggers.

There is nothing about cooking and baking that can be done by the book, it's one big experiment and it's great for playing around with! I especially like when people proof read my work and let me know how to improve it, I love writing but sometimes I get a little carried away with my passion and the grammar suffers in my excitement to post my latest article!
I love baking, it's pretty much my whole life. I love planning what to try next, buying the ingredients, measuring them out juuust right, mixing, baking and most of all I love presenting my creations to people, seeing their reactions and having them gasp and go OOOOH. What I also love though, is writing and blogging.
