Careless, poorly done, overpriced. Regardless if its a simple coffee or a latte, they will screw it up. The food is extremely overpriced, tiny portions suitable for a small mouse, consisting of mostly baguette and wilted mixed salad greens. Don’t even bother with the pastries. The madelines, which a rhesus monkey would be able to produce, are horrific. They are hardly a madeline shape, the dough clearly overfilled the tray, and the result is a sad crumbly square, not even made with vanilla bean. Service is going from bad to worse, not to mention the staff attitude. I have been a customer for many years and when they make a mistake in the order, like the old blond lady did today, she offer to fix the mistake and give you what you ordered, but you will have to pay again !!! What type of service is this? You have to double pay for the mistake they made in placing an order? I will directly address this issue with the owner, who, unlike her staff is a very sweet lady.

Excellent French bakery, as good as any bakery in France.Great coffee bread and pastries. The owner is always helpful and
friendly. Try it you won't be disappointed.

There is some good food but Horrible service. Both of the waiters there where extremely rude. Not only to me but they treated other costumers really bad. I’ve never had an experience like that. Tried explaining this to the owner but she didn’t listen. It’s sad because if I was the owner I would try to listen to costumers because at the end they are the ones who will or will not return as well as recommend the place.

I don't think you can get better croissants in Paris and the breads are just so good. I always leave with a pastry much as I try to avoid them, they are just too good.

We have daughters at FAU and this place is one of our ‘must visits’ on every trip! Delicious coffee, pastries, and breakfast. We always make a morning stop here!

The food is EXCELLENT, but the service needs a lot of improvement.
The blonde waitress is not pleasant in any way. I was just ordering water as their cappuccino machine was broken and my husband was ordering a meal, she was annoyed and took the menu out of my hand and said "then you don't need this"! .
We go there all the time for the best baked goods and usually lunch. Today I just wanted a cappuccino but evidently she didn't feel she would get a big enough tip.
I realize they are very busy and trying to hire staff but that's no excuse for being rude.

Excellent food in a nice atmosphere. Very fresh and tasty. Sat outside in a shaded patio with a nice breeze.

Crepe was good 4/5, came with Nutella and banana, a little thicker than traditional but nothing major.
The espresso 1/5 was near horrendous, the coffee is burnt, and the cup was not clean, nor because of spillage but it's dry as if it wasn't washed.
Service 2/5, the waitresses are definitely trying their best, however, it looks like they have no training. Waited on my check for 18 mins and there's only two tables to service.
The food at the display counter is old, at least made the day before.
Would not recommend!
