The company grew from the original yard in Tarentum to a second "state of the art" facility in Lawrenceville. D & D is dedicated to providing all of the removal and recycling needs of their customers. D & D Auto Salvage / Metal Recycling is open for business during this current challenge.

This business originated in the late 1970's founded by the Norris Family as a small hauling and used auto parts operation. Growth continued and in twenty years, the business had grown into a full service metal recycling company with a second location in Pittsburgh in the Lawrenceville section. This site was rebuilt and improved in 2012, into a state of the art scrap yard.
D & D accepts all types of metal, both ferrous and non-ferrous, that may be generated by industrial manufacturing; construction and demolition; small commercial entities as well as individual customers. We have a wide variety of material handling equipment as well as trucks and we are capable of managing any job in a timely and efficient manner.
