McCarthy Chiropractic
The primary goal of the chiropractic manipulation is to treat areas of decreased movement in the joints of the body, particularly the spine, which can create a reaction in surrounding tissues (ligaments, muscles and nerves) resulting in pain, dysfunction and muscular spasm. With his extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, nutrition, and physiology, Dr. McCarthy approaches health and wellness in a unique way and provides perspective that other personal trainers and chiropractors do not.
Services
Our mission is simple - to help our patients reduce or eliminate pain and to restore their body's proper function. The goal is to enable our patients to return to a level of functioning that allows them, once again, to enjoy their daily activities and to enhance the overall quality of their lives. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service and care for all of our patients who are seeking wellness.
McCarthy Chiropractic provides chiropractic treatment to patients of all ages. Dr. Rick McCarthy uses a multifaceted approach for treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.

As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, he brings a unique perspective to health and wellness, using the knowledge and experience that he has acquired from working with athletes who have experienced some type of injury to help in the treatment of all of his patients.
McCarthy Chiropractic is dedicated to alleviating pain and restoring the body's proper function. Dr. Rick McCarthy recognizes that every person's therapeutic and rehabilitation needs and goals are different. A sports injury can be a major setback whether you're a professional or amateur athlete or an individual with an active lifestyle.
Chiropractic care is based on the theory that your body has natural recuperative powers and is able to achieve and maintain a state of wellness provided that it has a healthy functioning neuromuscular system and that you're in good, overall health. Healthcare should focus on the whole person, not just his or her spine.
The American Chiropractic Association (ACA), based in Arlington, VA., is the largest professional association in the United States representing doctors of chiropractic. ACA promotes the highest standards of ethics and patient care, contributing to the health and well-being of millions of chiropractic patients.
