Our private office has easy in and out access providing utmost privacy for our patients. Parking is available in front of the building. Surgeries are also performed in our operating room in our Southlake Office.

We are inside the Medical Plaza Professional Building on the 4th floor in suite 400. I gave 2 stars because of the staff and scars are great! But as far as anything else no stars. He says he wont leave you with a problem, but I still have bumps on my eyelids from the bletharoplasty, he did 1 laser treatment after that treatment I said they seem softer and boom that was it a year later I still have bumps consequently my eye shadow and eyeliner will not go on correctly. I now have 2 parallel lines of skin hanging from my neck instead of the previous 1. You can look at my before and after pictures. They only mention a neck lift but I got an entire facelift, necklift , upper and lower

Dr. Rihani has talent beyond measure. I had a rhinoplasty with a graft placed and he calmed my fears as well as answered all my questions. The staff is so nice and always make you feel welcomed.
I love my results so much that I continued to seek treatment from Dr. Rihani with Botox. His injections were smooth and had minimal pain associated with them. I found out he actually trains injectors so this may contribute to his expertise.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this office and am excited to continue to age gracefully under the care of Dr. Rihani and his staff.

I've being seeing Dr. Rihani and his team for about 2 years now for Botox injections. From the minute I walked into the office the first time, I felt welcome. There was no intimidation factor, and the all ladies that work there are so kind. I especially like Shelly! Dr. Rihani takes the time to listen to you and is very gentle. I've been so pleased with the results that I get, and they are long lasting, and natural - no frozen face here (but if you want that, I am sure you can get it!). I highly recommend this practice.
