A breast lift, or mastopexy, may be an option when we are unable to perform a breast augmentation due to the excessive looseness of the skin. This is particularly common following pregnancy with breastfeeding and following weight loss. Implants alone can improve loose skin if the nipple is at or above the underlying breast fold.

Dr. Lipton is phenomenal! He did my tummy tuck and lipo and the results were incredible! I could not be more pleased! His team was amazing from the start and made me feel so welcome! Michael is just a doll! And Joey was wonderful all throughout my recovery and with me through the whole surgery! He has a lovely staff and I wouldn’t recommend another plastic surgeon to anyone! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lipton and all his amazing staff! I Had a breast aug done just last week Feb 25, and through the entire process everyone was so helpful and informative and genuinely cared about my safety which I was a bit concerned about initially as I’m only 22 and have never had any major surgery or really any medical procedure done before. Dr Lipton made a clear point to understand the goal that I had in mind and and knew exactly how to achieve it. He actually suggested I go up a size for my height and weight (I am SO happy I did!) Dr Lipton and his entire staff is so caring. They truly take time to get to know your desired results and explain the options. They are so responsive to any questions, and the results are amazing. They truly are the absolute best. Love that the surgery center is on site. Dr Lipton calls the night before the surgery, and the day of, he holds your hand as you are getting your anesthesia, and reads your horoscope. I know that sounds like a small detail, but it just shows how much he cares and wants his patients to be comfortable every step of the way. Not to mention he went to Johns Hopkins..... He

Dr. Lipton gave me a breast lift with implants 20 years ago and have been so very pleased that I did! I would recommend him.
