In 2019, owner Colby Scherer undertook the creation of Down To Details, his first business. The venture started due to his boredom with the traditional nine to five, minimum wage jobs he as a high school student was forced into. Each day, Colby and his team bring their love for cars and their highest attention to service and the intricacies of automotive detailing with them to work.
Paint correction is a term that is now commonly used by both professional car detailers and car cleaning enthusiasts worldwide to describe the process of restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork of a vehicle, mostly through the elimination of surface imperfections, that dull, oxidize, or haze the surface by reflecting light off in various directions, therefore detracting from a true and proper, clean, sharp, reflection.

I went to the Dublin Auto Detailing center today for my car detailing service. Colby was very helpful and made me so comfortable. I asked a bunch of questions and he answered all of them with patience. His prices are reasonable compared to any auto center in the Bay area. I really like his passion and enthusiasm for the work. Wow, outstanding service from an outstanding team. I wouldn't let just anyone touch my baby! This car has been in the family for over a decade, and was in need of a refresher. Even with my tight budget, Colby was able to make this car into something I could have only dreamed of. For under $2000 I couldn't be happier!

Came in a while back to have a pretty big dent looked at by Colby and his team.
With a two day turn around time my unsightly old Camry with the quarter panel and door smashed in got a huge breath of new life!
Colby even went as far as offer a exterior detailing since I was already having the body work done!
10/10 would recommend to others! You guys have a customer for life!

Colby and his crew did an absolutely amazing job of perfection with my 2009 Saab 9-5 Aero...
The works cosmetically to return the paint and headlights to better than new, including Ceramic Coating!
As well, the interior is also fit as as new.
