A deductible is the portion of the total repair cost that you may be responsible for. It may be included in the terms of your auto insurance policy. There can be different deductibles amounts indicated on your policy for different types of incidents (Collision, Comprehensive, or Glass claims).

I usually don't leave many reviews. However, I received such excellent customer and auto service. I worked with Andrew, he communicated with me efficiently and effectively. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. When I went to pick up my car the work was so good I didn't even know what side of the car was damaged originally. I experienced delays outside of the shops control, they provided me with a full tank of gas and a bomb detail job. They detailed the car so good it looked better when I purchased my car. I highly recommend SCR Collision!
When I purchased my Toyota RAV4 2019 at Toyota Autonation Hayward, there was a very visible long linear scratch on the right side (from the front sear door all the way to the passenger door). And I was decided to return the car because I was promised that after detailing it, the scratches would disappear and they did not.
Fortunately, I was referred to SCR Collision and by gad! They made such an amazing job! My RAV4 looked so brand new! I was extremely happy! I love it!
They provide such quality service including customer service! Their staff was so friendly

I am late with my review.. but here we go! In 2020 my rims n tires were stolen and in the process of the vandalism my side door, side fenders and front bumper were also damaged. I was nervous as a woman trying to find an auto body shop. I took a chance here and I am very pleased. Abraham, Jason and the staff at SCR took good care of me.. the worked with my insurance to make sure the replacement part n tires were all new, as well as did a perfect job matching my pearl paint. So far the best auto shop experience I've had.

The crew at SCR have gone way overboard in restoring my 1999 Lexus SC300! I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding quality of work and professional assistance.
Starting with picking up my damaged whip, they worked with my insurance company to get the necessary estimated repairs done right. The body work is fabulous and the paint is blended perfectly! Not only did they detail it inside and out, my faded headlights were buffed clear like new!

A few days ago I took my car to SCR for a full detail, they did such an AMAZING job, my car was impeccable when I picked it up! Tolan greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me what I wanted. I told him my main concern was the inside of my car, I have a golden retriever that heavily sheds and there was fur all over the inside. This was my second visit to SCR. My first visit was to have paint damage repaired on my rear door. They did an amazing job blending the panels. It was repaired back to manufacturers spec. This time around it was thankfully just for a full detail. They did an amazing job. My car looked like it did when I bought it! And they had quite job ahead of them. I have two large dogs and a 7 year old. But they managed to get all the dog hair out of the carpeted trunk area. But what really sets this place apart for me is the customer service.

I took my 2010 Cadillac CTS4 into SCR Collision for its first detail ever and I am truly impressed with the results! I expected that my car might look nice when I went to pick it up but man did SCR surpass my expectations. Abraham, the owner, went out of his way to personally make sure my car was in pristine condition. My tires have a beautiful sheen on them, the exterior is spotless and my carpet and leather have never looked cleaner! If I could give Abraham and the staff at SCR a 10/10 I definitely would. I just had to write a review for this shop! The shop is the best ever! I got both of my driver side tires and rims stolen and I called the shop to see if they can help me and they got right on it! They literally had my car towed to them the same day. They had a little bit of complications with my insurance but they were still on my side 100% of the time. They were trying to make sure my insurance didn't get over on me and I love that about this shop. Abraham was extremely responsive, helpful and provided amazing service. My Miata had a crazy amount of superficial dents, scratches and exterior wear and tear as the result of regular parking at the Hayward BART station. In addition to fixing the dents, SCR provided complementary detailing work. My car looks better than the day I bought it and I couldn't be happier.

Brought my truck in here after someone in a Costco parking lot scratched my bumper about 6 inches long with a cart. They were super friendly. Super quick and actually fixed it right then. It was a minor thing. But I definitely appreciated it! So for future and bigger jobs I will definitely be back. The costumer service they provided didn't go unnoticed.
