William Seabert was born in California in 1974. After graduating from Antelope Valley High School, he attended John Brown University graduating Summa Laude in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in biology. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001 earning his doctorate in optometry.

Dr. Seabert is wonderful. Now, the staff frequently turns over. Not a high retention rate. Which, no problem, until the communication ball gets dropped. I scheduled an appointment for a day and time and the lady at the front stated the called me and told me my appointment had be rescheduled. I received no phone call, no text, nothing. The lady at the front, Julie, did not apologize, all she could say was, “ I opted out of texts” then when they tried to text me after I showed them my text log from them confirming the appointment date and time I had,they realized their text was never ever sent

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing! Half the office staff tells you one thing and the other half another thing. When you speak to the insurance person, she blames it all on the staff. Talk about throwing your coworkers under the bus. There are way too many other places to go where you don’t have to wait over 3 weeks for an… appointment. The next place I called knew exactly if they accepted our insurance and made us an appointment for the next week. I would not recommend this eye clinic. I know nothing about the dr but I do know his staff is inadequate.

From my initial contact with Seabert Eye Care I found an efficient, professional, caring staff. Emily, Carli, and Ashley were all very pleasant and went out of their way to ensure a great experience. Very happy with my experience at Seabert Eye Care. Dr. Seabert took the time to discuss both my prescription and overall eye health. Amber, my optician, worked with me to find the right frames and lenses. The order was fast and the glasses were right the first time. You can’t get any better than that. The costs were also competitive compared to other boutiques.

When I called to make a diabetic eye exam appointment for my husband I spoke to someone about insurance before scheduling. I was very happy to hear her say that they will get the most out of both vision and health insurance. So we scheduled a 9am appt on a Friday the only thing I wish they did was tell us they didn't open until 9am...we got there at 8:40am but husband couldn't go inside yet.
Once inside the entire staff was sooooo nice! We got treated very well by everyone! I highly recommend this eye care facility and will definitely continue my husbands care here.

Incredibly disappointed with how Seabert handles their business. If you go here, expect to have two different exams: 1 for lenses and 1 for contacts, only one of which they will bill your insurance for (lenses). They, then, charge you $75 out of pocket for a “lens fitting.” I’ve been wearing the same contacts for almost 20 years but they still… required a “fitting” and the $75 fee. I’ve never been charged to try on contacts before. Additionally, they (basically) forced me to have my eyes dilated. There were 2 options: pay an extra $40 for a picture of

I went in for an exam and was changed to a different type of contact because I was told my brand was not made any longer. Although I can still purchase them online for some reason. Before leaving, the technician gave me the lens and told me to put them on. I did, they were not even close to being the right strength. I told her I can't see, she said you have to get used to them. I couldn't even see to drive. I was also sold $50 worth of 'vitamins' for my eyes. $150 total. When I said again I can't see, I was told the tech had moved on to another patient so I left. Then I

I had been going to Dr. Seabert for about 9 years and last year I went to a different doctor upon a friend's suggestion. I am back to Dr. Seabert and never will stray again!!! I am seeing better than I have seen in over a year!!! Dr. Seabert is so very thorough and has always given me a perfect prescription! I will never 'cheat' on Dr. Seabert again!!!
