Dr. Nga Vu-Tran and Dr. Anh Tran both earned their Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University. Together, both sisters have over 15 years of practice and experience. Their primary focus is and has always been to provide the best comprehensive care and services to all of their patients.
In their spare time, both enjoy spending time with their families. Dr. Jonathan A. Pham earned his Doctor of Optometry from The Illinois College of Optometry. In addition to being a board certified Glaucoma Specialist, he has also completed specialized rotations through pediactric care and speciality contacts.

I wish I could give them 0 star. A front desk executive, she was a Hispanic woman who has a tattoo of 1992 on her arms, had no customer service attitude…!!! I mean either she was having a bad day or whatever, i would not return back here ever. I heard the Doctors are really good, but coz of this front desk gal’ they may be loosing a lot of patients.
We asked her about appointment availability for next weekdays, she gave us a time for 4 in the evening. Since I see the clinic is open on weekdays till 6pm, I asked her if any other time for appointment after 5pm was available she said “go to

Loved this place for my kids. Dr. was very friendly explained everything. However, it has become very difficult to schedule appointments due to the type of insurance that we have they can only schedule appointments during the week and in the morning. Some of us work and cannot be off in the morning insurance is insurance if they take it not sure why it would make a difference if the appt is in the morning in the evening or on a Saturday. Unfortunately we will have to look for another Dr.

I am SCREAMING!! I love this place so much, I moved and now it’s a couple hours away but I came back to get some new frames and they fixed my glasses I bent ): they did an AMAZING job and I love how personable Jonathan is and considerate the front staff is. I appreciate how careful they are with glasses, at my last place if my name matched someone else’s they could claim my glasses without ID confirmation. Ahhh man this place is absolutely worth it I can’t wait to come back next year!

Staff was great but selection is limited to basically designer frames. Groupon deal wasn't really a deal because you pay $40 for $150 value yet the cheapest frames they have are $120 and very small selection basically forcing you into designer frames then on top they charge so much for the lens and so I went from paying $40 for a $150 value on Groupon still paid $100 extra for lens so total was $250 just for that one. My Eye lab has special for $59 for 2 frames already included with exam went there a year ago and paid total with lenses $120 for two pair of glasses with dark tint and polycarbonate

Don't waste your time. Dr. Vu is nice but they don't explain anything to you in the office and don't value any sort of customer service. I was pushed into getting lenses that I expressed several times that I didn't like and didn't want but was pressured into getting them. This "Keere" or "Kiwi" person is wicked rude on the phone and basically told me that it's tough I don't like the lenses and I should have told them even though I did several times and was told by Vu to wait it out. Terrible place. Terrible service. Go somewhere else.

First off all I just called to get my husband an appointment because he needs safety glasses for work. Unfortunately this is the only place he can go to.
When I called the lady that answered name "Kiwi" hung up after I told her can you hold on let me ASK MY HUSBAND IF IT WORKS OUT FOR HIM. I called back and asked why did she disconnect the phone and said that because she can't hold on while I call my husband. Never did I say I was gonna call him. She ASSUMED and when i asked for a manager she said she was the manager there which I doubt, because with her customer skills how

Horrible customer service, at first i was told 1 week for prescription glasses, and 3 weeks for working glasses, when i called them back to check if my glasses ready, they told me regular glasses take 7-14 days and working glasses take 3-4 weeks, if you want to get your glasses done quick, this is not the place to go, it takes to long while other places only takes 3 days

I am so glad I found this place. I moved to Texas two years ago and I have been in the process of finding new doctors. Dr. Tran and all of the staff members are very nice and friendly. I was in out out without waiting which is a huge plus since I am used to waiting a long time at doctor offices. Dr. Tran did an extremely thorough eye exam. She checked and re checked then once I put in my new contact prescription she checked again. I felt very taken care of and confident in her recommendations. This will definitely be my regular eye doctor from now on.

I can't say enough good things about Optimum Eyecare! I've been a customer here for years and can't imagine going anywhere else. This is truly one of the most friendly comfortable office settings I have ever been in. Dr. Vu-Tran is kind, friendly and very patient. She always makes me feel like she is genuinely happy to see me and always asks about my family and how they are doing. The office staff is provides the best customer service and always has a quick and knowledgeable answer to any questions or concerns I may have. The prices are great and I always leave very satisfied

Dr.Vu-Tran was very thorough at explaining each step of the process and also very friendly!
Her staff is also very friendly, polite and PATIENT! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I also received numerous discounts and prices are very reasonable (compared to other places.) Overall very pleased with the service! Would definitely go back :)
