I submitted an application online for a house that was up for rent. They call to let me know they have receive my application along with others saying it is first come first serve. They said they will call me back. They never did. I was not upset that somebody else beat me to it, but do not be telling people you will call back if you are not going to do it.

Company asks for money for an application before they’ll agree to show their property. They’re all over the Internet on Zillow and trulia but still have alabama business practices that scream scam to any saavy American. I was super stoked to rent from them and move to Guntersville but I’m not going to waste my time if I can’t even see the house I’m wasting $40 to apply for. If I’m denied I can’t even get my money back! Great business practices ! I’m already going to have to drive 45 mins to see the house from Huntsville.
