Huntsville Property Managers

I moved to Alabama a year ago and after a week of looking for housing and getting denied because we know no one, Darren took a chance with us. He has been very patient and kind with my family and us putting roots down here in Alabama. The office has always been very clear on it’s policies and lease agreement. Any maintenance request I have put in has always been done in a timely manner. I have little kiddos with medical conditions, and when our thermostat went out the office did everything they can to get us heated up. Both maintenance men that came and fixed our house where absolutely amazing

I don't always agree with every decision but I just Love Maggie Lessa so much that it kinda makes up for that. Maggie will really listen and try to help at every turn.. We got free quality Turkeys today while Turkeys are up in cost because of the limited amount.

I requested maintenance on a leak and HPM got someone out there in a very timely manner. The man that came, Randall, was knowledgeable and friendly. He communicated everything he was doing. A member of the office even called to check on us. We have lived in this house since February and have been very happy so far and now even happier. Thanks for all you guys do ! Samantha & Brian

Put in a maintenance request thay don't fix things it's been a week sense I reported these issues with the toilet and a/c no one has fixed the problems this is bogus

Darren Darren… he’s the worst part of this company. I rented a property for five years and for five years he was and is absolute trash. Multiple septic issues which were bandaid fixed at best (I’m sure he’ll say the owners fault) or finally fixed three years after the first incident. Which included raw sewage flooding in the house multiple times, the ac would go out well hiding from the previous responses including we help the elderly and with kids first, bs I had infant in a house that regularly would reach 90 inside, but we’ll get you that window unit the day we come to fix it. this business is a joke. I think its funny how all the reviews are the same with even more added nasty. lol its always the tenants. these units are trash the company is trash and so are the people. save your best of luck speech or whatever it is that's copied and pasted as a response. <3

Lived in a rental house for 4 years. Paint was rubbing/ peeling off a bedroom wall. We finally moved! After we moved they rented the property in SE Huntsville with in less than a month and our old neighbors has informed us that Huntsville property management never bothered to repaint the interior of house before moving others into property during Covid! Nasty management company.

I'd looked at a property, got approved for the rental then right out of nowhere as I was going to pay the deposit the agent Darin rented it to someone else. I got no explanation of any type to why I was ultimately screwed over. DO NOT use this unprofessional company

Its hard to post a negative review without sounding like a disgruntled tenant; however, I just don't think this company know how to manage properties effectively. I had several maintenance issues that were extremely difficult to get repaired simply based on communication failures from Huntsville Property Managers. The worst of these issues was probably the 11 degree weather with no hot water and no one to contact about it. I called and left several messages and we went without hot water for about 3 days.
I work in property management and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Thankfully
