Tula's is named after my Grandma Tula and the small kitchen that provided sustenance for our bellies and our hearts. She cooked tasty food from scratch with quality ingredients, and so do we. We create plates without pretense or borders, but with passion. Our goal is to make you feel at home on the street, at your catering or during your event, much like I felt as a boy in Tula's kitchen.
We support our local growers and producers and source from them whenever we can. We believe that community and the relationships we build within are what makes all of us successful. So probecho, buon appetito, bon appetit, or dig in and remember, in any language, a full stomach means a happy heart!

BELIEVE THE HYPE - there is a reason this place has 5 stars! The food was incredible. Stunning actually! Flavor was amazing! Quality of ingredients was outstanding! Portions were generous! Also - the service was awesome! Then gentleman who took my order was kind and cheery - great great service! I can only HOPE that Tula's Tapas will be somewhere close to me soon cause I DEFINITELY want to eat there again!

Wow! First timer the other night. TT was at Green Mtn Brewing (also 1st time for me). Great gig all around (25 or so folks hanging, drinking, eating on heated patio). TT's got some impressive delicious dishes. We had several and enjoyed all. Good portions, flavorful and efficient service. Chef clearly has it down. Going to track down any day for another visit. Also, love that you can call in order, and pick it up.

Be still my heart!!!!!! Tula's Tapas is my most favorite food truck! The Piri Piri is so good that I have only ordered it - 6 times and counting!
If they came to Castle Rock more often, I would venture out but as it is, I want to buy the Piri Piri by the gallon! I track this truck like a stalker - have been to Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Parker and this week also headed to Green Valley Ranch if they are scheduled to be there, too.
Can't wait until they expand into Colorado Springs so that I can introduce my sister to their food, too!

Blown away by the combination of flavors in the dishes we had. The shrimp + flatbread dish had a great combination of garlic, peanuts and spicy. The rub on the tater tots really elevated them beyond potatoes and the portion was very generous. And finally the chicken thigh + rice and beans was so flavorful without being heavy at all. Definitely check out this food truck it's totally worth it.
