Services
We started Bold in 2016 with a two bit smoker out of the back of our garage in Niwot, Colorado. We've grown from doing pop-up nights at breweries and farmers markets to catering hundreds of weddings and events all over the state of Colorado. Coming from the South, we've had recipes passed down from generations, and our roots very much influence the flavors we bring into our dishes.
We're family-owned and family-run. Day and night we are in the kitchen crafting bold and mouth watering dishes. After all, these meats don't smoke themselves! Between our southern charm and uniquely crafted BBQ flavors your guests are sure to be coming back for seconds! For our On-Site Buffet Catering we provide buffet tables & linens, custom-built wood chafers, and chef decor.
Bold BBQ was the best choice we could have made for our wedding! My husband says it is the best BBQ he's ever had and our family and guests could not stop talking about the food. Their setup is so unique for a BBQ caterer. It has that rustic, comfort feel while also being elegant and professional. Drew and Parker were an absolute dream to work with - responsive and accommodating.

Hire these guys to cater your event!! I cannot recommend Parker and Drew enough. They were organized and professional - you can tell they take pride in their work. On the day of, they went above and beyond to take care of everything. Oh, and the food is SO good too. My guests had nothing but rave reviews. Thanks again!

Bold BBQ did an amazing job catering our wedding. Parker was extremely helpful from getting us set up for a tasting, patiently waiting for us to respond to his very prompt e-mails, and making sure we had everything we needed to make the day go smoothly while fitting into our small budget. the food was also EXCELLENT. We got a lot of compliments on both the food and staff. Would give more stars if I could.

Parker and his staff at Bold BBQ are incredible! First of all, Parker is awesome. He responded to all of my emails with grace and patience. I am pretty sure I emailed him one million times with one million questions and he answered all of them in a timely manner. Also, when we first reached out to Parker, he invited us in to sample the food and we knew right away that we were going to use Bold BBQ for our wedding. The food was incredible! Every single one of our guests said something positive about the food. At the end of the night, Parker and his team wrapped up the leftover food nicely. Lastly

Wow! These guys went above and beyond all expectations for our holiday gathering. We recently had a family reunion in Denver and Bold BBQ catered to our every need! From fussy vegetarians to hungry meat eaters, everyone was thrilled! Yummy peach-jalapeno baked beans, garlic smashed potatoes, Southern style corn bread and mouth watering BBQ brisket. This is exceptional food with personal service! Highly recommend!

Comfort food in a rustic elegant style! They have great customer service and delicious BBQ choices. We had a small wedding in Winter Park and they delivered in every way! They were responsive to questions, and arranged a tasting for the bride and groom. Their operation is clean and compliant with county Covid rules, and the guests were completely taken with how good the food was. We ordered pulled pork, BBQ's chicken, Tofu for 5 persons for the veggie eaters in the group, bourbon beans, cornbread casserole, mac and cheese and a green salad. We ordered the BBQ catering for a backyard party of 25 people. The planning and logistics offered by Jordan made the event stress free for me.
But the food was out of this world! Everyone at the event was blown away at how amazing each item on the menu tasted. From the brisket to the desert, smiles were everywhere.
The service and thoughtfulness provided by the serving crew made the party even more enjoyable for the guests and especially myself.

We were fortunate enough to have Bold BBQ cater an event for us in Boulder with over 130 folks RSVP'd. Rave reviews!! Boy did they make us look good.
As for the BBQ? Well I'm a southern BBQ snob to be honest, and it was GREAT. Their twist with a few favs were also just awesome, and usually I'm a 'purist' when it comes to sides too.
For a truly remarkable BBQ experience, just do it with Bold BBQ.
PS - the crew is so nice it's almost painful. They really helped make our charity event special.
