Horrible customer service. Ordered snow-cone machine few days ago and Worker brought the wrong machine and wouldn't go back to bring the correct ordered machine. Had no choice but to take wrong machine. The machine was broken and dirty. They apparently do not rely on return customer service. Will not use them for future business.
