Services
A. Orders are based on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you place your order the sooner we can reserve and guarantee the equipment for your event. To ensure that your rental needs are met, we encourage you to reserve your equipment as soon as you know the date of your event. All reservations should be booked at least 2 weeks prior to your event to ensure availability.
We offer solid white frame tents & canopies. We stock 18'x20', 20'x32', and 20'x40' wide tents in solid white with the option to add sidewalls. All tents require additional room beyond their size for staking and erection. Frame tents can be installed in smaller areas, sometimes areas not much larger than the tent itself, but they still require additional space beyond their dimensions.
You may pick up your order one day in advance of your event and return the equipment the following business day. Will call appointments must be made with advance notice. Please make sure you come to pick up equipment with an appropriate vehicle or vehicle with a trailer. Equipment should also be secured for safe transport.

This is a family owned business with great service and reasonable prices. They have a website that is mobile friendly, in which you can choose what you are seeking to rent and request a online quote. Mina returned my call promptly and assisted me to reserve what I needed for my event. I ordered a few tables for a small event and picked them up and returned them myself, the cost was so low that it wasn't reasonable for them to deliver, which was fair, otherwise they do deliver. The product was in good condition. I will definitely return in the future.
