I called Luxury Limo with short notice, needing a comfortable car service to a doctor's appointment in NJ the following day (I am unable to drive following surgery). Within minutes, my ride was booked and confirmed. The next day, the driver, Bob, arrived 15 minutes early in a spotless Lincoln Continental. He was extremely friendly, a great driver,… and, as a bonus, knew the area I was traveling to well. I can't say enough good things about Bob and my experience with Luxury Limo. I will most definitely be back, and am happy to recommend this company and driver to anyone who needs it.

I have read a lot of positive things on this page about luxury limousine and I am sure most are very accurate. Here is my experience with luxury limousine. My son had a wedding scheduled for July 31 2020. My wife and I gave a deposit for limos to take guests from the venue to the hotel before and after the wedding. We booked well in advance. On June 4 2020 while working on a car it fell off the jack stand and landed on me. I spent 22 days in the hospital 19 in icu in a coma almost died and still recovering after multiple surgeries reconstruction on my face and head. Still with all of this going

Although the price was higher than other companies, we were willing to pay because it was a last minute reservation and the vehicle they were offering was exactly what I was looking for. After calling in and speaking with Sue, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Not only was she rude, she was unprofessional and should not be in customer service.

We had a party planned for the first weekend of May, which was forced to be cancelled because of the COVID-19 corornavirus disease, given the national emergency and the both the President and CDC recommendation of no gatherings of 10 or more. We booked a limo for 24 with Luxury Limoousine service, and paid a deposit on it. I called to speak to… them about a possible refund given the unforeseen circumstances of a National Emergency and Pandemic, and they refused the refund, only offering credit for a future use. The company I hired for our wedding went out of business and sold our contract to Luxury Limos. What a stroke of luck! Their limo was beautiful and much newer than the original we had rented. Susanne was incredibly helpful and worked with us to ensure our timing was right for the driver. Speaking of.....our driver was really great! Prompt, pleasant and really went above and beyond. If we have any more events requiring a limousine, we will definitely be contacting Luxury Limos.

Rented the 24 passenger limo bus for my 21st Birthday and it was a fantastic experience!! Our driver, Carl, was very patient and made multiple stops for us. Overall, the bus ride may have been more fun than the clubs themselves. It was well worth the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience!

Exceptional service and completely accommodating! I reserved a vintage bentley for my daughter's wedding to have as a grand exit. It worked out perfectly! My husband and I used Luxury Limo for our wedding on 9/24/16. The service was fantastic. We had a very large wedding party and rented their largest limo bus. It was very clean and modern. Our driver, Kelvin, was on time and very accommodating to our party. He helped all of the girls in and out of the vehicle at each stop. The office staff at Luxury… Limo was also very professional throughout the booking process. I really like the email notifications the week and day of so that I did not have to worry about that part of the schedule. John and I would highly recommend Luxury Limo!

Luxury Limo was great, from the first time I contacted them to the day of the wedding they were so professional. I received two emails one the day before the wedding and one the day of the wedding confirming everything and actually sending me the drivers name and cell phone number. The driver was awesome, he was right on time, very professional was great with the kids. He was a great driver and took his time and showed our kids a great time. I would highly recommend Luxury Limo for any of your limo needs.
