This was one of the worst experiences with an absolute terrible person. Jamie is extremely unprofessional, rude, and has no interest in her clients.
Her marketing programs are poor, generally only advertising to the Pinehurst community and not to areas of interest. Unfortunately she was hired twice to help sell our family farm.
Biggest mistake we have ever made as it took over 4 years to sell our family farm less than two miles from the Pinehurst Hotel. Like other reviews I have written I am sure she will decline working with us. She is extremely dishonest and by reading other poor reviews am

I was so impressed with McDevitt's realty services in selling a home, I also used them to purchase a home several years later. Jamie and Noel McDevitt are very professional and also extremely personal. They go the extra distance to make sure that either a sale or purchase goes about as smoothly as any real estate transaction can. Also, it doesn't hurt that Noel is a real estate lawyer and understands the legalities of real estate.
