Raeford is a city in Hoke County, NC. The county was named after confederate General Robert F. Hoke. Though our main area of business is Moore County, we have several homes and rentals available in Raeford. It is a short commute from Southern Pines as well at Ft. Bragg. Raeford is a popular town for military families new to the area that want to stay close to base.
This residential community has a minimal population of around 2,900. It is well-known for it's mild climate. Whispering Pines residents come from many different places, but they all share a desire to preserve the quiet, tranquil Village environment they enjoy. The towns of Southern Pines and Pinehurst are within a ten-minute drive, offering excellent restaurants, modern shopping plazas, and small quaint specialty shops.

I would definitely recommend Maison Realty Group. We bought our first home with the help our realtor, Walter. What could have been a very confusing process was made quite simple with the help of Walter, who was always quick to respond to any question via text, email, and phone call. Upon meeting Jamy Cope I thought we had made a good decision in letting him list our home in seven lakes north. From that moment on, as soon as he got the listing, he completely took over. He became extremely non communicative, manipulating and we found out later a flat out bold faced liar. We brought this to the attention of Amy Stonesifer, the owner of the company, and we were again LIED to about the details of our closing. The closing of our home was postponed TWICE with no care or regard to what we were going through or needed. It is my fondest hope to alert EVERYONE I CAN to never use this

Extremely happy to have had Amy and her team help us on four real estate transactions. When we first moved to NC, Amy took the time to show us a rental on the night before Thanksgiving. Kelly Curran and "The Curran Team" which is part of the Maison Real Estate Team is a great team to work with. We used Kelly to buy our house when we first moved to Moore County. She was patient with us and helped us find our dream home for a price we wanted to pay, when we didn't have a ton of money. She helped in the negotiations of bringing the house price down and everything. She worked fast once we made up our minds and got our bid in right away, which really helped because they accepted our offer a bit below list and the next day there were 5 plus offers all over list price
